I'm having 2 issues with the facet search blocks:

1. When filtering by a category, such as "Produce", the category filter facet block ONLY shows the current category. I want it to show ALL categories, maybe with some "active" indication on the current category.

I have set "minimum facet count" to 0, but I don't know what else to change.

2. When viewing the product permalink, I want the facets to show up. However, I've updated the blocks to display on produce/*, dairy/*, etc. but they don't display at all. Even if I set it to "All pages except those listed" and don't list anything, they still don't show up in the sidebar.
