2 paypal icons in payment type list, but only one checkout rule configured. Has anyone seen this?

Hi all,

I've set up a commerce site with drupal commerce and commerce_paypal modules. I enabled the paypal express checkout module, and then configured a payment rule to use the express checkout. This is my only checkout rule.

When I checkout, I see 2 visually identical paypal icons in the payment type list. If I select the first one, all goes as it should. Checkout redirects to paypal's site, I can checkout and the purchase amount is transferred to the seller's account.

If I check the second one, I get an error saying that paypal express checkout isn't configured correctly.

Has anyone seen this before? Why are there two icons? Any help on this would be very appreciated.

Thanks,
a

UPDATE: If I delete the single checkout rule that I have set up, I STILL see the second paypal express icon. The one that doesn't work. Any help on this would be very much appreciated. I'm completely out of ideas.
