Kickstart no core

I am installing a multisite drupal installation and there is no way I can use the regular Kickstart distro. I would be glad if someone walks me through on how you can use the non core kickstart profile.

Did you manage to complete this project? I also need to install a no-core Kickstart profile and can't find much documentation on it.
