I'm trying to choose the best approach for now and moving forward that allows for on site payments AND recurring payments. It seems that for most use cases these are mutually exclusive or in very early stages of development.

Can anyone provide some suggestions on what combination of modules and payment gateway work best together to satisfy our use case?
