Add to Cart button not working for Anonymous User

Add to Cart button not working for Anonymous User.Would like to know whether we need to do any setting for getting this?

Solved.I found it. We are missing record with 0 id in user table.After inserting it worked without any issues

Thankyou! I had the same problem and this solved it. I've no idea how UID 0 disappeared - but its back now after editing the db.
