I have a table that I want to sell, and I would like to add a tick box to the product so that the use can tick if they would like a brass umbrella fitting on the table, which costs an extra £20. So, if this box is ticked, I need the price to add £20.

I also need to be aware of this in the orders section, because how else would I know if the box has been ticked or not?
