Change the URL of the Commerce Kickstart 2

With other website with Drupal, when I want to move the site in an other server, I just changed the URL in the setting.php file ($base_url = 'http://www.mywebsite.fr';)
I don't know why with the Commerce Kickstart 2 distribution I have not the same result.
It's ok in the shop but not in the back office. The background of the menu is not black so now it's less easy to see the menu. I think there are an other thing I have to change but I don't what.
Has somebody know what could be the issue?

Precision :
The issue is only in the back office : The menu is less visible (no black background). So when I move on the menu, it's not easy to see the menu.
The shop is ok but to manage the back office, it's not good.
I only change the setting.php : $base_url = 'http://www.mywebsite.fr';
