Adding complex rules

Hi !

I'm deploying today a new shop and i encounter a problem. My client have a specific commercial offer. When an order count more than 2 products, the products which are the cheapest have a reduction (30%).
I have test many solution with Rules but nothing work correctly. It's only possible to apply the reduction on all products.
Has anyone do already something like that ? Is there a solution ?

Solution founded : adding a action to perform a php script. Then perform a function into a dedicated module (or something else).

For exemple :

Product A : 100$
Product B : 50$
Product C : 200$
Total (whitout reduction) : 350$

With reduction :
Product A : 70$
Product B : 35$
Product C : 200$ (The most expensive is the same price)
Total : 305$
