Hi, I can not figure out how the collection and categories been connected in the keckstart demo store.

For example, in the collection, there is to drink with. this appears in the main menu.

when you click in to "to drink with", this is a picture and two links of "Coffee mugs",
"water bottles"

How these two has been assigned to "to drink with"??
I can not find any connection trough the menu system or the taxonomy system.

I tried to find documentation about the kickstart demo store and how is been built, but there is no documentation and support. Is this just built by some one and no documentation? If so, it is very hard to figure out by someone else i guess.
