Checkout rules not triggered with Paypal Standard Live

I followed the steps to setup Paypal Standard in Documentation and have it working correctly with Sandbox. When switching to live server payment process seems to work ok with orders created but "Completing the checkout process" events are not triggered any more.

Where can I start to debug this? Comparing IPN array between live and sandbox method small differences but I can't figure out what stops checkout rules to work.

Paypal sandbox and live servers seem trigger different events. Changing the event from "Completing the checkout process" (sandbox) to "When an order is first paid in full" (live) solved the problem.

Hey Gerald ,
I'm having the same problem but in my case the rule is only triggered from localhost but not from my server. Do you have any idea what can cause this ?
