UPS and Flat Rate

I have seen many tutorials on Flat Rate or UPS. Can anyone tell me how to tackle using a flat rate but still ship UPS.

Do you want both options or you want the price to be flat rate and you ship it via UPS?

If you want both options, just enable both shipping methods. If you want the price to be flat rate but ship via UPS, just use the flat rate module then when you go to ship, use UPS.

Sounds simple, thanks for the reply. I did not attempt it yet so I wanted to make sure it is possible ahead of time. There are great tutorials on how to do either.

Maybe I did not ask the question properly. After reading the response and trying I still haven't found the answer. I maybe I didn't dig hard enough. I have UPS and Flat Rate working and the user can choose but that is not what I am looking for. I want the Flat Rate Rules that give two different prices pending the amount of the order however I still want it to process as a UPS order. I don't want them have to go back to UPS and create a new order separately.
