How can I put Commerce Pasargad module in drupalcommerce.org extension page?

also is any quick way to make it full project and exit from sandbox?

Hi,

I just added your module here.

On drupal.org, the only way to change a sandbox as a full project is to promote it as a full project and wait for approval ;)
