commerce is realy cool!

at the moment i stuck at theming the order mail.
i installed
http://drupal.org/project/commerce_email
and i should be eable to work with this theme:
sites/all/modules/commerce_email/theme/commerce-order-email.tpl.php
as mentioned here
http://www.drupalcommerce.org/node/1170

but in 'my' commerce_email i cant find this template
even a dir called themes?

do you have a hint for my how i can theme the
order email?
