Translation of Commerce Documentation in German

For myself and becoming closer with Drupal Commerce i made a translation of the Commerce User Guide in German.
I would like to share the translation.
What is the best way to do so?
Can I make a PDF from my OpenOffice Source with the pictures of the Documentation here and publish it in my own blog?
Of course with a copyright and link to this page.

I confirmed with Ryan Szrama. The documentation was originally created using a Creative Commons license:
