How to move main menu position to right hand side

Yes I am new to Ddrupal, php, css and all else, so please help me here. all I want to do is move the main menu (that list things like what to wear etc from the left of the screen to the right. Is this possible and if so how do I go about it. Thanks FredMe

That can only be done through CSS, I believe. There isn't any link or button to change the placement of elements on the screen.

I have the same question about moving positions of main and secondary menus, I thought this is such a simple task that simple drag would do the job? I doubt CSS is the only way.
