I am installing Drupal Commerce Kickstart 7x 2.12 core zip in mysql/Apache server. It gets to Install profile stage and hangs . it starts to show blank on the next stage.
I had similar issues - but setting my php memory limit to 256M resolved it. Perhaps your memory setting is too low?
First thing to check is probably your apache & system log and see if there's anything obvious in there.
The most likely culprit is lack of memory - see https://drupal.org/node/207036 to fix.
If it's not that then postback with what you find in your log files.
Thanks DNZ for your response. I had to to switch to install Drupal and and the commerce module after searching and waiting for sometime. I hope someone else will be able to get to the root of such a problem with the insight you haven given in your post. Cheers.
