First Data Global Gateway e4 integration for the Drupal Commerce payment and checkout system.

Web service API
- Checkout: on site API call, supports Auth Only and Purchase (Auth and Capture).
- Prior Transaction operations: Prior Auth capture, void, credit
- Commerce Payment terminal - Add payment: supports Auth Only and Purchase (Auth and Capture), and Refund (credit not requiring a prior transaction)
- Card on file support:
  - Checkout - save card for future use, use card to checkout
  - Update card - only name and expiration as supported by the Commerce Card on File modules form.
  - Create a new card via web service
  - Create a new card via offsite payment page
Hosted Payment Pages
- Checkout - offsite payment page
- Prior Transaction operations via web service: Prior Auth capture, void, credit
- Card on file support - checkout and create a new card via offsite payment page... debating if "update" should be supported since if the card number is changed then it should be a "disable" card, "create" new - which currently is possible.
