Just installed Kickstart 7.x-1.x.dev-core and shipping 7.x-1.x.dev

When I enable shipping I get

Fatal error: Call to undefined function entity_rules_events_variables() in /home/lmpsolut/public_html/sites/all/modules/commerce_shipping/commerce_shipping.rules.inc on line 20

only way to get site back is to delete shipping module

any ideas
