I know people can always find a way to download audio/video from web sites, but my client would nevertheless prefer to sell access to streaming (audio in this case) rather than downloads. Is this possible with Drupal Commerce?

Is it something that is set up in Commerce or in the File Downloads module? or with the media link/file itself?
