I would disable the feed modules, one at a time. Then try and figure out what is going on, at least you will be able to get on your site. To use drush go to the directory where you have drupal and type drush, this will give a list of commands, to disable feeds and commerce feeds type:-

drush pm-disable commerce_feeds
drush pm-disable feeds
