We had to modify the commerce_fedex module a bit to get a more accurate price rate based on the custom packaging used. We needed to know how many packages the products will fit in. For that we used BoxPacker ( https://github.com/dvdoug/BoxPacker ) .

The shop contains over 600 product entities (= variations). The website is multilingual (3 languages) so there are multiple product display nodes referencing the product entities / variations.
A custom module was added, for customers to enter product testimonials.
There is also an online advice section, where visitors can ask questions, and the shop owners can reply with an answer + link appropriate products to the answer.

As part of a complete rebuild of the Shepherd Neame site, Deeson Online created a custom Drupal Commerce shop, integrating it with their third-party POS system, as well as 360 pub microsites, a geolocation store finder and a full job / tenancy application system, all run from a single Drupal install.
